What are Full and Final Settlements? 

• This is where you have obtained finance but it is not enough to clear all debts in full.
• This is an informal arrangement and sometimes called partial settlements.
• You must be in financial difficulty.
• You must have at least 3 creditors.
• Your credit file maybe affected but debt will show as satisfied.
• May write off a percentage of debt.
